The entire activity of pulling the orders from these portals and allocating to their channel partner was completely manual. The team is doing this task daily.

The major challenge that the client was facing was unable to focus on business expansion as most of the times goes in managing day-to-day working and dealing with following other challenges.

After understanding the situation HyperBeans worked on the project and developed custom web application. This application helped the client to connect to the eCommerce portals in such a way that it automatically pulls the daily orders records and allocating it to the channel partners. If the channel partner does not accept the shipment, the system allocates it to next partner till it gets confirmed from the channel partner. The application allows client to generate multiple KPIs reports that help quick, and data driven decision.
Now the client doesn’t have to invest time to manage the show instead they analyse how best they can get associate with more portals and help channel partners to grow their business along with them.
